The “Special Railway” dial is a throwback to the Railroad dials used in pocket watches made for the American and Canadian railways near the turn of the century. This “Montgomery” style dial features black minute numerals along the outside edge, with blue numerals at 5-minute intervals. The 1-12 Large black numerals are flocked by blue 13-24 hour marks. It is marked “Special Railway” above the seconds chapter.
