This high-quality mechanical pocket watch features a shock-protected 17 jewel wind-up mechanical movement. Like all mechanical pocket watches, it must be wound daily to keep time. Unlike a quartz watch, a mechanical pocket watch never needs a battery!
This antique-style offering from Desperado is reminiscent of the antique American pocket watches produced in the late 1800's and early 1900's. The large case is close to the size of the antique "16s" size pocket watches from Elgin, Hamilton, Illinois and Waltham.
