Desperado 566W “Golden Gate” Wind Up Pocket Watch High Grade Skeletonized Movement
Desperado 566W “Golden Gate” Wind Up Pocket Watch High Grade Skeletonized Movement
Instead of using the standard high grade movement used by the other brands, Desperado has chosen to use the BEST mechanical movement maker outside the borders of Switzerland for this flagship model! The extra cost of the Sea-Gull movement is evident when comparing side by side with other watches in its class. In many cases, the competing watches with less expensive movements cost several dollars (even hundreds) more! We HIGHLY recommend this watch!
This beauty features an ultra high grade 17 Jewel mechanical movement. The wind-up “3-Finger bridge” movement is skeletonized and also features blued screws. This intricate and highly detailed movement is visible through the dial as well as a mineral glass crystal on the back of the case. The 51 mm case is the size of many of the antique “16s” size pocket watches from Elgin, Hamilton, Illinois and Waltham.

Desperado Pocket Watches
Desperado pocket watches are designed for those who want the look and feel of a pocket watch from yesteryear. Yet, unlike an antique or vintage pocket watch, Desperado branded pocket watches are much less expensive and are more durable. This also makes them suitable for use in reenactments, like Western Cowboy Action.
