You will be receiving a total of 3 emails pertaining to this order:
The first is a copy of your order. This email is generated automatically when you place your order
The second email is an email indicating receipt of your order, and contains the estimated ship date for your order
You will also receive a shipping confirmation the day your order ships.
If you have not received the confirmation email within 1 business day, please be sure to check your junk mail or spam folders as some ISPs (like Earthlink, AOL, MSN, and Google) seem to identify many legitimate emails as spam. You can also email us and we can send the information again.
Finally, once an order is placed it cannot be modified.
If you decide you would like to add on to the order, or would like to change the shipping method, for example, you must contact us via email to attempt to cancel the existing order. If the order has not been processed we can cancel it. You can place the new (correct) order any time.
